What this policy covers
Paid services may include in-person or remote sessions, written summaries, and follow-up email clarification within agreed limits. Each booking confirmation will describe deliverables, duration, and price. This policy sits alongside our terms of use and privacy policy.
Booking and payment
When you book, you agree to the fee and schedule communicated in writing. Payment methods and due dates will be confirmed by email or invoice. We issue receipts in line with ordinary business practice in New Zealand.
If we cannot deliver because of force majeure or other events outside our reasonable control, we will offer rescheduling or a refund of amounts paid for undelivered portions, as described in your confirmation.
Cancellations by you
You may cancel a scheduled service without charge if you notify us at least forty-eight hours before the agreed start time, unless a different window is stated in your booking confirmation for a special event or block booking.
Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours’ notice may incur a reasonable fee reflecting preparation time or reserved calendar capacity. We will explain any fee before finalising cancellation.
Refunds and credits
We issue refunds or account credits when we cancel a service, when duplicate payment occurred, when a documented deliverable was materially not provided as described, or when required by applicable consumer law.
Where part of a bundle has been delivered and accepted, refunds are calculated fairly based on the remaining undelivered portion and any third-party costs we cannot recover.
Non-refundable and third-party costs
Fees already paid to third parties on your behalf (for example venue entry or equipment hire) may not be refundable from us if the supplier’s terms prohibit it; we will provide receipts or correspondence to help you claim directly where possible.
How to request resolution

Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a card chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. Chargebacks may delay investigation while banks process their workflows.
