Nature of content
Pages describe urban movement in Wellington in descriptive language. Streets, signage, and traffic conditions change. You remain responsible for complying with road rules, local bylaws, and your own judgement while walking or cycling.
Illustrations on the site are schematic or decorative unless explicitly labelled as survey-grade mapping. Do not rely on the site as your only source of safety information.
Content is general information only. It is not legal advice, medical advice, or official instruction from any transport authority. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, route condition, or response time beyond what we state on the contact page.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Vorgyronuz excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the site, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of one hundred New Zealand dollars or the amount you paid us for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event, if any payment applied.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Courts in Wellington have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.
